SINGLE 4BBL TOP MOUNT CARBURETOR SCOOP

Finally a Single 4bbl Street Scoop that really is designed just like 'Enderles' famous 'Birdcatcher injector, used by Top Racers!. The SC510 STREETCATCHER is available as a super quality Polished Single 4bbl Carburetor Scoop, designed with quality and shape in mind, and with the trusted GARLITS name cast into every one at the foundry.
The SC510 STREETCATCHER will fit all the popular Squarebore 5 1/8" Neck four barrel HOLLEY, QFT (Quick Fuel Technology), AED or DEMON 4150-4160 Vacuum secondary or Double Pumper carburetors, it will also mount to the popular EDELBROCK 1400 and AVS 1800/0 Series Carburetors and with minor mounting changes adapt to any of the 4bbl style Electronic Throttle Body injectors

JUST LIKE ENDERLE'S FAMOUS BIRDCATCHER

Because the STREETCATCHER'S have a fully CNC machined front you get to choose between the 'Classic Round' or 'Barndoor' style Butterflies. Quality stainless steel shafts, anodized butterflies and an authentic looking dummy barrel valve assembly clearly make the STREETCATCHER the obvious choice for the serious Rodder or Racer.
Like a real injector, the STREETCATCHER operates the butterflies through a dummy barrel valve and linkage, the SC510 STREETCATCHER comes complete with the stainless link and rod ends to connect it to your carburetor side linkage.

SC510 MOUNTING

The SC510 base adapter is securely mounted by two through studs that pass through the adapter plate, and down into the intake manifold. The base and stud arrangement as supplied will work with the standard Squarebore Holley, AED,QFT or Demon and the Edelbrock and Carter AFB type bolt pattens.
However with some basic custom brackets and studs the SC510 could easily be mounted to pretty much any 5 1/8" neck 4bbl carburetor.
The SC510 STREETCATCHER comes with a standard 21/2" tall by 10" diameter paper air filter element, much larger than other comparable butterfly scoops.
And the nice thing about the filter setup in the SC510 is you can easily replace the element with a high flow 2 3/4" tall K&N or Accel air filter element.
