Remember when phoning to take into consideration the time differences between New Zealand and your Country. For example if you are calling from the east coast of the United States on a Wednesday evening at say 7.00pm EST it will be 11.00am Thursday morning in New Zealand. If you try calling from the West Coast at say 8.30am it will be around 3.30am in New Zealand and we wont be there to answer the call. Try and keep close to the times outlined in the 'Mailing and Direct Dialing Information' box below because daylight saving times in both Countries can also impact on the times. Also for some reason we have had occasions when a call may not connect through, if you have any trouble calling then e-mail us and we will endevor to make contact with you.

UNABLE TO GET THROUGH
We have had on occasion some callers that have not been able to make a connection when calling from overseas and we don't know why. If you can't get through e-mail us your phone number and we can set up a convenient time when we can call you.

Alternatively you can try direct calling Al's Cell phone, please try and keep within the times specified below.

If you e-mail us and do not get a reply within a couple of days from the gpp@alsblowers.com e-mail, please use the gmail address. We have had occasions where some e-mail inquiries have not come through to us, in particular Yahoo addresses and some hotmail for some reason, we don't know why but some e-mails go into cyberspace and we know this can be frustrating.

If you have any technical questions regarding your order you can e-mail us. If your questions are more complicated or you are not sure and just want to get a query or even an order right, please feel free to telephone us directly.

ORDERING AND PAYING:
If you are comfortable with the information and Part No from the website regarding the Product you would like to order you can go ahead and make the order by e-mail. Some customers send their Credit Card numbers in two or three seperate e-mails over a period of a few days, some even sending them as part numbers. If you are not comfortable with sending your Credit Card details in an e-mail you can e-mail the order and telephone us with your credit card number, or you can telephone us directly and place the order by phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and PayPal.

Payment Method's
Payment Options are under the Ordering Information at the bottom of the Pricing pages for your particular Country.

Where is the Ordering and Shipping Information
Ordering information and 'shipping price' and shipping Information for your Country are on the Country page, down below the product pricing tables.

Once an order is received we will return confirm the order by e-mail, please check to see we have the details of the order and the shipping address info, including your phone number, correct.

PAYPAL:
If you would like to pay through Paypal we are able to accept payments from customers with or without a PayPal account however you must have an e-mail address to use the PayPal system.

Once an order is placed and within a few days of being shippable we will send out a PayPal invoice to your e-mail.

Invoice will come through in my personal name 'Alan Shadwick' and in your currency. Once an invoice is received you can click the 'Pay Invoice' button at the bottom of the invoice and if you have a PayPal account you can make payment with the click of a button, if you do not have a PayPal account you can enter your credit card details and the payment will still go through ok.

Exchange Rates:
Unfortunately there is a cost associated with international transactions and credit card use by Banks and Crdit card Companies

ON-LINE ORDERING:
We do not have On-Line Ordering at this time. Customers generally call with their credit card number when making an order, or request a PayPal Inv.

CUSTOMER DISCOUNT:
Currently we are able to offer a Customer discount of 5% for 2 or more products ordered.

DEALER INQUIRIES:
We do not have a Dealer Package at this time however we are looking into the possibility, and will place a dealer Invitation Page on this website when we have something to work with.
